Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Service Production Supervisor to guide the in-shop production rhythm and mentor a team of technicians toward lean, high-quality results. Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in high-volume automotive service environments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Deep technical knowledge across HV, electrical, mechanical, and infotainment domains.
• Lean manufacturing or workflow optimization experience.
• Proficiency with DMS, RO tracking, and diagnostic software.

• Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of technicians, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Actively manage team performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews.
• Champion Rivian culture and foster an inclusive environment.
• Identify talent and create clear development paths with hands-on training.
• Serve as the team’s advocate and remove obstacles to performance.
• Lead by example and support cross-functional collaboration (DMO/VO/Sales).
