Citi in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Service Process Coordinator 4 to support loan servicing and processing activities. This full-time, on-site role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and proficiency with Excel, with the ability to work with limited supervision on a variety of processes.

You will organize, record, and service the production outputs, resolve complex issues, mentor lower-level processors, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while maintaining timely, accurate

Formación

• 1-3 years relevant experience in loan servicing/processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Requires sitting at a computer most of an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to maneuver 30 lb banker’s boxes and push/pull loaded carts.
• Related processing experience with basic knowledge of organization policies; familiarity with state/regulatory investor guidelines preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prep and scan vender payment customer checks and correspondence in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
• Investigate and respond to emails related to payment rejects.
• Locate checks to be posted after account number has been located.
• Print letters and mail checks back to customer if checks are unable to be posted.
