Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, banking, finance, mortgage, or a related field.
• Experience with transaction processing, account research, or loan servicing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow documented procedures accurately and consistently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment where quality and productivity matter.

Responsibilities

• Process loan servicing transactions, including account updates and other servicing activities.
• Research account information across multiple servicing platforms and internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, disputes, and servicing issues.
• Maintain clear, complete documentation of account activity.
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet quality, productivity, and service-level expectations.
