Job summary

The First National Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to administer and service our loan portfolio across Commercial, Agr, Consumer, and Mortgage segments. You will process payments, onboard loans, maintain collateral records, and support insurance and filing activities with high accuracy and customer focus.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration within Loan Operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to learn job-related software and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• File UCC, title, and mortgage documents with secretary of State/Registers of Deeds.
• Release loan collateral using internal systems (UCC, title, mortgage).
• Onboard consumer, commercial, Agricultural and mortgage loans to core platform.
• Process loan payments, advances, wires, and monetary transactions.
• Monitor timely receipt of critical loan documents and file appropriately.
• Support cross-functional training within Loan Operations.
• Document errors and report issues for root-cause analysis.
• Assist in testing and implementing system updates.
