Job summary

Rivian in California seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to lead front-of-house and parts operations with hospitality and precision. You will coach Service Advisors and Parts Advisors, translate customer feedback into actionable work orders, and manage warranty-related service tasks to uphold Rivian's standards.

Strong leadership, inventory mastery, and CRM proficiency are essential as you drive excellent customer experiences and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in customer-obsessed environments such as premium hospitality, luxury retail, or a top-tier service organization.
• High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized high school equivalency credential required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management and internal logistics.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools, including CRM and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Rivian world-class service standards at every customer touchpoint from arrival to departure.
• Lead front-of-house and parts operations with hospitality and precision.
• Translate customer concerns into clear, actionable work orders for technicians.
• Manage intake, checkout flows, and ETA communications with customers.
• Coach and develop Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to perform at a high level.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal auto repair and consumer protection laws.
