Job summary

Rivian in Southern California seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to lead our front-of-house and parts operations, champion hospitality, and empower teams of Service Advisors and Parts Advisors. You will drive flawless execution and ensure every customer leaves confident in Rivian's service and adventure.

Lead by example, manage inventory flow, and coordinate with technicians to translate feedback into actionable work orders while upholding regulatory standards and exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in high-touch, customer-obsessed environments.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management and internal logistics.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong proficiency with CRM and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Rivian's world-class service standards and ensure every customer interaction is welcoming and memorable.
• Oversee front-of-house operations and guide customer communications from arrival to departure.
• Lead and coach Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to deliver hospitality and precision.
• Translate customer concerns into clear work orders for technicians and manage warranty processes.
• Maintain on-site inventory and parts logistics to minimize downtime for technicians.
• Analyze service issues and drive improvements while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
