Job summary

You will translate customer feedback into actionable service work, manage completion timelines, and champion continuous improvement in service delivery while aligning with warranty processes and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in a high-service environment (hospitality, luxury retail, or premium service).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in inventory management and internal logistics.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire fast-paced teams.
• Proficiency with CRM and inventory management tools.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Rivian's service standards and ensure welcoming customer touchpoints from arrival to departure.
• Lead front-of-house and parts operations, guiding Advisors and ensuring part availability.
• Translate customer concerns into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Communicate estimated completion times and keep customers informed.
• Analyze service lapses and drive improvements with supervisors.
