Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in high-touch, customer-obsessed environments.

• Experience with inventory management and internal logistics.
• Strong proficiency with CRM and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Rivian's world-class service standards across customer touchpoints from arrival to departure.
• Lead front-of-house and parts operations, guiding Service Advisors and Parts Advisors.
• Translate customer concerns into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Communicate estimated completion times and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee warranty repairs and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Mentor and coach teams, conduct performance reviews, and build a culture of hospitality and excellence.
