Numotion, the nation’s leading mobility solutions provider, seeks a Service & Repair Coordinator in Colorado Springs to help customers by processing service requests and coordinating timely repairs. The role involves data entry, parts purchasing, and timely communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.

You will support scheduling, routing, and technician time optimization while upholding Numotion’s service standards and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Experience with service order processing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assists customers with service & repair requests and enters data in the order processing system to move orders through completion.
• Releases purchase orders for replacement parts accurately and timely, handling warranty/RA documentation as appropriate.
• Responds to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to improve satisfaction and turnaround times; communicates customers’ financial responsibility.
• Takes responsibility to resolve issues without unnecessary transfers and/or de-escalation when possible.
• Coordinates scheduling & routing of service technicians on request.
• Reconciles routes and daily schedules to ensure proper allocation of technician time.
• Meets all set productivity and performance standards.
• Participates in Service & Repair initiatives to improve department results.
• Adheres to Numotion leadership principles and confidentiality policies.
• Provides excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
