Job summary

Otis, the world’s leading elevator and escalator company, is seeking a Manager, Service Ops in the Dallas area. You will lead a team of field technicians, coach and develop staff, and foster a strong safety culture while delivering exceptional service across a concentrated downtown Dallas territory.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership experience, excellent communication, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a field/operations setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with fast-paced operational decisions.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Smartsheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a field-service team with a safety focus.
• Oversee daily service operations across the downtown Dallas territory.
• Plan and coordinate field activities to meet client needs.
• Review and authorize repair work; track progress to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Drive efficiency and service delivery initiatives.
