Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Manager, Service Ops in the Dallas area to lead a team of field technicians, oversee daily service operations, and drive safety and efficiency across a concentrated downtown territory.

You will coach staff, coordinate field activities, and ensure high-quality service delivery for commercial and residential portfolios. The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage resources and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience is required.
• Proven success leading teams and helping people perform at their best.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Smartsheets, or similar business tools is an advantage.
• Elevator industry knowledge is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field technicians while fostering a strong safety culture
• Oversee daily service operations across a downtown Dallas territory
• Plan and coordinate field activities to meet customer needs and company standards
• Allocate personnel and resources to support operational priorities
• Support technicians with operational and technical challenges
• Review and authorize repair work while tracking progress to completion
• Partner with field teams to improve performance, communication, and customer satisfaction
• Drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery
