Job summary

AMS Industries Inc in Nashville, TN is seeking a Service Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our service team. You will handle invoicing and dispatch, scheduling HVAC/R technicians to service appointments while ensuring prompt, accurate customer service and excellent employee relations.

Youll create and forecast schedules to meet all customer needs, engage and motivate technicians to optimize performance and achieve goals, and manage daily invoicing alongside procurement assistance for

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
• Experience in data entry (3–5 years).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Exceptional people and diplomacy skills necessary to successfully resolve all customer concerns and internal challenges.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC/R technicians to service appointments.
• Engage technicians to ensure performance is optimized.
• Daily invoicing.
• Lead and motivate the technicians to achieve goals.
• Schedule customer appointments and ensure arrival within scheduled windows.
• Create and forecast a schedule to ensure we meet all customer needs.
• Cross-train job duties with fellow employees.
• Work accounts receivable to help obtain payments.
• Procurement assistance with service-related jobs.
• Perform general administrative and clerical functions such as copying, printing, scanning, filing, and faxing.
