Job summary

Facility Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to manage the full lifecycle of service work orders—intake, scheduling, dispatch, quotes, documentation, billing coordination, and customer communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dispatching or service coordination experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and detail.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, dispatch, update, and close service work orders.
