• At least 3 years of management, coordination, or operations experience (construction, facilities, service or similar preferred).
• Comfort communicating with field teams and corporate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians and electricians, matching skills and availability to each job.
• Own performance and compliance of subcontractors and field teams; set expectations and track results.
• Schedule work with internal Service Coordinators and inform customers of dates and scope.
• Update and maintain service-call records in our systems for real-time visibility.
• Upload documentation to customer portals and accounting/work-order systems.
• Handle detailed data entry and compliance tracking to stay audit-ready.
• Adapt quickly when priorities change and still deliver clean results.
