Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to oversee client relationships, service delivery, and payroll/tax support. You will coordinate user setup and training, lead client meetings, and guide teams to resolve payroll issues while expanding services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, brokers, and clients to ensure compliant, timely payroll processing and proactive service improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2+ years of PEO, ASO, HCM, multistate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for an assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user set-up and provide training for client-facing payroll and reporting platforms.
• Lead client meetings to review escalated issues or significant account matters.
• Identify gaps in client processes and introduce new products and services.
• Manage and expand payroll tax notices and driver resolutions.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
