Job summary

DNOW in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service Department, supervise Service Technicians and the Service Coordinator, and coordinate service calls with precision.

You will manage hours, warranty claims, shipping, safety compliance, and budget adherence while delivering outstanding customer service to our customers. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read basics and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all service calls.
• Open, post, and close all Service Repair Orders with the assistance of the Service Coordinator.
• Record and track technician hours with an 80-85% billable target.
• Submit warranty claims and follow up with factories for payment.
• Handle shipping and receiving duties.
• Maintain the Shop Expense budget and adhere to policies.
• Promote and grow the Service Department’s revenue and profitability.
• Ensure safety, DOT, SOX and other policy compliance.
• Maintain all Service Truck fleet and related assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
