Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of the Service Department.
• Monitor technicians to ensure calls are executed properly and efficiently.
• Track KPIs such as productivity, revenue, and average ticket.
• Coach technicians through training, ride-alongs, and reviews.
• Improve procedures, diagnostics, documentation, and customer communication.
