Unlimited Service Group is seeking a Branch Service Manager in Fort Worth to lead and supervise service technicians, manage daily and on-call schedules, and ensure top customer satisfaction across installations and repairs.

You will coordinate field teams, respond to customer issues, provide technical support to the parts department, and maintain organization while traveling to work sites as required. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone calls.
• 3-5 years as a Service Technician or 1-3 years industry experience with 2-3 years of customer service.
• This position is a non-exempt employee.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize new unscheduled service calls for branch technicians.
• Provide direct supervision of all branch service technicians.
• Set up daily and on-call schedule for all service technicians at branch location.
• Respond to customers and factories regarding service issues.
• Provide technical support for branch parts department, walk-in customers, and customers over the phone.
• Provide technical support to branch service technicians in the field.
• Set up ready boxes or parts needed by technicians.
• Contact customers for leads, service issues and collections.
• Conduct weekly tech meetings as required by Area Manager.
• In Area Manager's absence, assume daily branch operations.
• Be available to on-call service technicians for nights, holidays and weekends.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for verbal, over-the-phone communications.
• Ability to prioritize service calls and assign technicians accordingly.
• Be well organized and focused on customer and employee satisfaction.
• Regular lifting of 5 to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, stooping and kneeling.
• Extensive daily travel to work site location.
• Exposure to hot grease from fryers.
• On-call weekend rotation may be required.
