Vermeer Corpus Christi is seeking a Service Manager to efficiently manage all Service Department operations, coordinating with other departments to support customer needs and ensure satisfaction. Schedules work, oversees technicians, and handles service tickets with profitability in mind.

The role requires leadership, technical aptitude, strong communication, and adherence to safety and company policies in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or vocational training; a 4‑year degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years in a similar service role within the industry.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude and safe work habits.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to lead, train and evaluate service staff.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules service work and assigns to technicians; ensures customer satisfaction.
• Oversees service tickets and warranty work in a timely, profitable manner.
• Hires, trains, leads and conducts annual performance reviews.
• Maintains service manuals and bulletins; coordinates with sales for reconditioning.
• Controls department expenses while providing productive service.
• Communicates service/warranty policy changes to staff.
• Represents Vermeer Corpus Christi at events and meetings.
