Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Service Operations Manager to oversee daily payroll operations, ensure high-quality service, and manage escalations across PODs. You will lead Supervisors, Payroll Specialists, and Consultants, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Quality Control, Compliance, Implementation, and other teams, participate in hiring, support staff development, and help maintain SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PEO, ASO, HCM, or multistate payroll/service operations experience
• 1-2 years of supervisor or team lead experience
• Experience with PRISM or similar HRIS/payroll systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Supervisors, Consultants, and Payroll Specialists
• Monitor performance metrics and coach staff
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational guidelines
• Facilitate weekly POD huddles and manage client escalations
• Support payroll, tax, and compliance-related concerns
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Payroll Tax, Implementation, and Compliance teams
• Participate in hiring and staff development
• Maintain and improve department SOPs and training standards
• Travel/onsite presence at Chandler, AZ or Duluth, GA offices as required
