Helios HVACR Services in the United States is seeking an HVAC/R Service Manager to oversee daily area operations and supervise technicians to meet SLAs. The manager reports to the Regional Director of Operations and will coordinate Field Supervisors and Service Technicians.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years HVAC field experience, EPA certification, and proven service-management capabilities. A company vehicle, day-one benefits, and growth opportunities support a rewarding career path.

Formación

• HVAC field experience with a track record of service delivery.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating field staff.
• EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver's license.
• Proficient communication, both written and verbal, with customers.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating systems.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks for mobile devices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team and manage communication to ensure stakeholders are informed.
• Provide professionalism, integrity, and superior customer service.
• Supervise Supervisors and Technicians; identify and address training needs.
• Participate in hiring, training, and coaching of field staff.
• Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in vehicles.
