Job summary

Helios HVACR Services seeks an experienced HVAC/R Service Manager to lead daily field operations, supervise Field Supervisors and Technicians, and ensure service quality and safety while supporting service calls and resolving technical challenges. The role combines hands-on field presence with administrative duties—reporting, scheduling, performance management, and planning—reporting to Regional Director of Operations.

Must coach crews, maintain SOPs, and meet SLAs across assigned regions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC/R field experience required.
• Proven leadership in service management or field roles.
• EPA Universal certification mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel to job sites.
• Strong diagnostics and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coaching and developing field teams.
• Proficient in basic computer and service-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent field presence, visiting job sites and supporting service delivery.
• Coach and mentor Field Supervisors and Technicians to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and adherence to company procedures.
• Oversee performance metrics, scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch to balance service coverage and workflow.
• Assist with escalated service calls and complex diagnostics.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop field personnel.
• Balance field duties with administrative responsibilities.
