Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. in Phoenix is seeking a Director of Operations to steer daily and strategic initiatives across Service, Retrofit, Automation, Sales and Warehouse. You will align managers and departments to a shared vision, implement improvements and drive long-term, sustainable growth.

You will lead process optimization, talent development, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery, profitability and exceptional customer experience across all branches.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in HVAC commercial service or related field.
• 8+ years P&L responsibility.
• Keen attention to detail and the flexibility to work with different aspects of a business.
• Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.
• Financial acumen, inclusive of cost modeling for proposals.
• Good working knowledge of Service, Sales and Retrofit branches.

Responsibilities

• Organize, observe, and oversee daily operations across Service, Retrofit, Automation, Sales and Warehouse.
• Lead initiative to implement changes with department managers and ensure alignment with Management Team.
• Coach and mentor department managers to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Drive recruitment and talent acquisition; identify future hiring needs with department managers.
• Evaluate processes and drive efficiency to meet organizational objectives and improve profitability.
• Build and maintain a Branch QA/QC program with SOPs for each department.
