Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Service Operations Manager to lead the Nashville Service Operations Center as part of the T&O Commercial team. You will drive growth, service excellence, and profitability.

Responsibilities include managing the center, building relationships with distributors and end-users, delivering revenue growth, and implementing PSD processes for inventories, facilities, and billing while guiding a high-performing onsite team.

Qualifications

• Strong independent work ethic with ability to meet productivity goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; SAP a plus.
• Highly motivated and able to exceed targets.
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Willingness to travel 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Nashville Service Operations Center.
• Lead onsite team to drive revenue growth and service for Nashville markets.
• Develop new business opportunities and execute strategic plans.
• Achieve sales and profitability goals for the center.
• Implement PSD processes for inventories, facilities, equipment, and billing.
• Communicate opportunities and trends to management.
• Manage budgets and ensure EHS goals are met.
• Promote PSD and SB&D programs to customers and partners.
• Build relationships with distributors and end-users.
• Assist with hiring, training and performance reviews.
