Responsibilities

• Receive, create, assign, and monitor all service work orders to technicians.
• Manage productivity of technicians, with a focus on monthly revenue goals.
• Provide ongoing training and skill development opportunities for technicians to enhance performance.
• Step in to assist with work orders and technician tasks during high demand or shortages.
• Assist branch manager with maintaining up-to-date employee files.
• Provide sales staff support with service quotes and customer inquiries.
• Oversee fleet work scheduling and related customer needs.
• Assist with warehouse duties and inventory control.
• Inspect warehouse, service bays, and equipment daily for safety and organization.
• Ensure proper branch opening and closing procedures.
