You will optimize schedules, develop cross-training, manage KPIs, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to meet production goals.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field and 5+ years in operations with leadership experience; travel about 10% and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualificações

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, manufacturing, business or related field.
• 5+ years direct experience in operations manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years Leadership and management experience.
• Financial acumen, including managing budgets, overtime, incentives, and benefits.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and oversee multiple processes.
• Experience with vendor management, compliance and audit processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with multiple departments, various organizational levels, and external parties.
• Strong Computer knowledge and abilities (JDE, SAP, Microsoft Office).

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and manage all resources assigned.
• Create cross training matrix and mentor staff; deploy to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost objectives with recovery plans when needed.
• Review demand, capacity, optimize schedules, and track KPIs.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities across functions and departments.
• Plan with Supply Chain for tools and MRO and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to resolve defects.
• Maintain safe working conditions and OSHA compliance.
• Drive cost savings via continuous improvement and lean methods.
