Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead the onsite Tools & Outdoor service center in Hawaii. You will develop strategic plans, manage a team of service and repair professionals, and drive sales and profitability while upholding PSD processes.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, SAP experience is a plus, budget management, and the ability to build relationships with distributors and end users. Travel up to 20% locally.

Qualifications

• Experience in service operations or similar leadership role.
• Ability to work onsite in Hawaii and manage field teams.
• Strong communication with management, distributors and end users.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans utilizing marketing programs and field resources to drive local brand growth.
• Lead a team of customer service and repair professionals.
• Achieve results for the service center in sales and profitability.
• Implement and maintain PSD processes for inventories, materials, facilities, equipment and expenditures.
• Communicate opportunities, issues and trends to management and marketing.
• Manage operational budgets effectively.
• Promote PSD and Stanley Black & Decker programs to customers and end users.
• Build relationships with distributors, end-users and other SB&D sales forces.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers.
• Regularly call on distributors in designated geography and support EH&S goals.
