• People management experience.
• P&L management experience for an industrial company.

Responsibilities

• Manage repair and maintenance activities of products within the portfolio.
• Develop operational budgets in partnership with management.
• Ensure customer excellence and service delivery.
• Lead a team of Field Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Establish procedures for participative management.
