Job summary

Schindler in Chicago, IL is seeking a Service Sales Manager to partner with the General Manager - Service in retaining the existing service portfolio and driving new acquisition and recovery efforts across a defined geographic span. You will lead a team to meet financial targets and deliver high-quality service that strengthens customer loyalty.

The role requires BA/BS in Business and strong B2B sales experience, plus broad product knowledge and contractual understanding.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales experience and track record.
• Ability to understand product applications and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager – Service to retain existing service portfolio.
• Drive acquisition and recovery efforts for units outside the portfolio.
• Lead a team of Service Sales Representatives toward financial targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry consultants.
• Identify major potential customers and national accounts.
• Manage escalation and customer issue resolution.
• Ensure effective service sales meetings and leadership practices.
