Schindler Group in San Francisco seeks a Project Manager EI to lead maintenance and modernization efforts for existing elevator and escalator portfolios. You will drive safety, quality, and revenue growth while managing client relationships and field operations.

You'll oversee audits, staffing, and account management, collaborating with customers and Schindler teams to deliver reliable, cost-efficient solutions and sustained performance in a dynamic urban environment.

Competenze

BS/AS degree preferred or 3-5 years relevant work experience.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Strong problem solving and negotiating skills, high sense of urgency, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in building and managing client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to handle a mix of office and fieldwork, with flexibility for local travel and managing customer interactions.

Mansioni

The Project Manager Existing Installations (EI) is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and performance of all assigned elevator and escalator service operations while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Oversee servicing, repair, and improvement of existing units in alignment with Schindler and customer standards, with a strong focus on safety, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Cultivate and manage long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities for maintenance, repair, and modernization sales.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Schindler, ensuring clear communication, high service levels, and proactive account management.
Responsibilities also include employee selection, training, and safety oversight for assigned projects, as well as achieving sales targets through strategic account development and industry expertise.
