Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead ongoing repair, maintenance, and retention across our product portfolio. You will partner with the General Manager to support acquisitions and recovery efforts within the region, and drive customer excellence and cost improvement initiatives.

You will mentor Field Superintendents and Project Managers, manage budgets, ensure safety, and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Multiple years of experience in elevator industry or service-oriented business.
• Experience leading industrial service, field service, maintenance, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory operations plan in support of financial and non-financial objectives.
• Manage operational budget and asset management; build strong customer relationships.
• Lead and develop a team of Field Superintendents and Project Managers; hire and onboard staff.
• Lead operational meetings; provide technical oversight and safety training.
