Schindler is seeking a Project Manager for Existing Installations in Seattle, responsible for safety, quality, and service performance while pursuing revenue growth. The role manages ongoing service, repairs, and modernization opportunities, aligning with customer needs and Schindler standards.

You will lead customer relationships, coordinate with field technicians, and drive account management, with emphasis on safety, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS/AS degree preferred or 3-5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven negotiating and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally to sites.
• Experience managing client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Ensure maintenance and service activities meet quality standards, contract requirements, and customer expectations for performance, reliability, and passenger safety.
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and proposals in accordance with company procedures and policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within an assigned territory to renew, and grow service agreements.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities through customer engagement and industry insights, securing profitable solutions.
• Develop manpower planning, training, and performance appraisal programs to support productivity and quality goals.
