Schindler Group in Boston seeks a Field Superintendent for Existing Installations (EI) to oversee servicing, maintenance and repair of elevator units. You will lead field technicians, manage routes, parts, payroll, and collaborate with area managers to meet safety and cost goals.

The role emphasizes site inspections, safety audits, and ongoing technician training to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee relations issues.
• Proven leadership skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
