Schindler Group in the United States seeks a General Manager to lead regional service, repair and modernization operations. You will develop annual plans, manage budgets and drive safe, high-quality service across three product lines while expanding the customer base.

You will oversee New Installation, manage top accounts, and mentor a team to achieve KPIs with strong financial acumen and stakeholder engagement. A bachelor's degree and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience understanding financial statements and managing P&L.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Experience supervising a unionized workforce is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual regional operations plans and budgets.
• Strategic plan to deliver high quality service and grow loyalty.
• Coordinate product safety initiatives with Field Quality Excellence.
• Focal point for New Installation activity with P&L oversight.
• Manage cancellations avoidance for top 20 and at-risk accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and industry consultants.
• Drive process and tooling compliance across service Sales & Operations.
