Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Service Operations Manager to oversee the ongoing repair, maintenance and retention of all products in our portfolio. You will lead a team of Field Superintendents and Project Managers, manage budgets, and build strong customer relationships to meet regional objectives.

You will partner with the General Manager - Service to support acquisitions, improve safety, and drive operational excellence across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Engineering.
• Experience leading field teams and service operations.
• P&L management experience in an industrial company.
• Experience in the elevator industry or a service-oriented business.

Responsibilities

• Execute the territory operations business plan to meet region objectives.
• Develop and manage operational budget for service delivery and assets.
• Lead and mentor Field Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Establish processes to improve safety and customer excellence.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and industry consultants.
• Oversee manpower movements and onboarding of staff.
• Coordinate with Product Line experts on product issues and safety.
