Schindler in Chicago is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee field technicians and multi-project delivery, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability. The role partners with sales, engineering, and service teams to drive modernization efforts.

Curate schedules, manage resources, and maintain client relations while upholding union coordination and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage sensitive employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage field technicians, overseeing multiple projects to ensure schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Coordinate project scheduling, material procurement, and field logistics for timely completion.
• Track project progress and labor allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and service teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Maintain project documentation including invoicing, change orders, and financial forecasting.
