Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a Field Superintendent for Existing Installations in Cleveland, OH. You will lead service and repair efforts to meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction targets on assigned projects.

You will also supervise staffing, training, and safety, with potential sales involvement depending on the candidate. The role emphasizes collaboration with area management and field personnel to uphold Schindler's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in elevator industry or related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead field personnel and communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance meets quality standards and contract requirements.
• Implement safety and quality procedures for each project.
• Support sales in estimating service orders and scheduling.
• Manage manpower planning and training for productivity.
• Maintain proactive relationships with local IUEC business agent.
