Responsibilities

• Supervise and control workload of all service technicians.
• Schedules service work according to priority and maintains an orderly flow of work.
• Supervises the training of service technicians with in-house programs.
• Maintains service tools and vehicles in good condition.
• Insures safety and a clean shop environment.
• Prepare warranty claims and submit to warranty team.
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales and Management to support service operations.
• Review time clocks and manage reports for HR.
