Job summary

You will supervise repair orders, manage assets, schedule work flow, and drive process improvements across the service team while maintaining safety and strong interdepartmental collaboration. A proven leadership background in agricultural equipment service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee repair orders (retail, warranty, prep) and cash flow.
• Develop departmental business objectives aligned with company policy.
• Schedule service work to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Lead SIP program implementation with other departments.
• Manage service assets including trucks, tools and equipment.
• Attract, train and retain a high-performing service team.
• Staff the department with appropriate hiring and promotions.
• Foster strong interdepartmental relationships to support solutions.
• Evaluate performance, set goals, recognize achievements, enforce discipline.
• Develop staff through ongoing internal and external training.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
