• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve service profitability and productivity while contributing to company sustainability.
• Oversee processing of repair orders (retail, warranty, unit prep) and optimize cash flow.
• Develop and monitor departmental objectives aligned with company policies.
• Ensure effective scheduling of service work to meet objectives.
• Lead SIP program implementation with other departments.
• Manage service assets including trucks, tools, and equipment.
• Attract and develop talent to maintain a high-performing team.
• Staffing and interdepartmental collaboration to align needs.
• Drive performance through regular evaluations and training.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
