• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage safety, regulatory compliance, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service operations to maximize customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and resource deployment for field technicians.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA) and promote a safe work environment.
• Develop personnel through regular performance reviews and training coordination.
• Oversee billing accuracy, quotes, and warranty handling.
