Job summary

Equipment Depot Inc. is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead the local service team and technicians. You will drive a customer-first culture, develop strategic plans for multiple locations, and ensure KPI targets for efficiency and satisfaction are met.

You will partner with the Operations Manager to recruit, train, and develop staff, manage disciplinary actions, and oversee service automation initiatives to standardize processes across sites.

Qualifications

• Leads a day-to-day service operation with a customer-focused mindset.
• Manages performance, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Requires ability to interpret basic financial statements and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead service support team and technicians to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on location plans and goals.
• Handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Recruit, train and develop the service staff.
• Coordinate off-site locations and centralized efforts.
• Oversee Service Automation system implementation.
