Job summary

United Ag & Turf is seeking a Service Department Manager to oversee the end-to-end service work order cycle, maximize service labor sales, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple locations in Texas. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and drive process improvements within the department.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and familiarity with John Deere and related product lines, with a focus on achieving budgets and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Department operations is required.
• Ability to lead a team and hold people accountable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of service processes and warranty programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire work order cycle from generation to invoicing.
• Sell service labor and parts to meet budgets and goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the Service Department.
• Coordinate schedules and assign jobs according to technician skills.
• Ensure warranty and product improvement programs are completed on time.
