United Ag & Turf is seeking a Service Department Manager to lead service operations across our Texas locations. You will drive profitable service labor sales, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer experience for dealers and customers.

The role requires 3+ years in service ops, knowledge of John Deere products, and strong financial acumen. You will manage budgets, develop processes, and oversee recruiting and training to sustain performance.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Service Department operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with John Deere products.
• Basic understanding of financial principles for service operations.
• Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Develop and enforce Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Create annual Service Department goals and budget aligned with financial and operational objectives.
• Develop and execute Service Department marketing plan and monitor monthly progress.
• Coordinate customer clinics, field days, and related events.
• Submit warranty and Product Improvement Program claims promptly for maximum credit.
• Schedule and assign jobs and work areas to staff according to skills.
• Review work orders for completeness before customer billing.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained and in good order.
• Manage recruiting, staffing, and employee development for the department.
