Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Service Production Supervisor in Nevada to lead the in-shop team, directing vehicle flow from intake through final inspection and mentoring technicians toward a culture of excellence.

You will coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors, and cross-functional teams, drive throughput, enforce safety standards, monitor KPIs, and uphold Rivian’s customer-first service experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent credential preferred.
• Deep technical acumen across modern vehicle systems (high‑voltage, electrical, mechanical, infotainment).
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles or workflow optimization in a service/production setting.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools, including DMS, repair order tracking, and diagnostic software.

• Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of technicians, cultivating a high-performance culture built on collaboration and learning.
• Actively manage team performance, provide regular feedback, conduct reviews, and understand each member's strengths.
