Job summary

Butler Machinery Company in Minot, ND seeks a service professional to assist the Service Manager with quoting, estimating, and delivering service contracts. You will assign jobs to technicians and monitor progress, while proactively seeking customer feedback to prevent issues and ensure timely delivery.

You will review work orders for accuracy, coordinate with supervision, and maintain a professional image in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school or technical school education or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Service Manager in quoting, estimating, and delivering CVA’s (service contracts) upcoming jobs.
• Assigns jobs and work areas to Service Technicians according to their skills.
• Seeks customer feedback proactively and responds promptly.
• Reviews repair work orders for accuracy concerning parts, materials and labor.
• Works with the Service Manager or supervisor in all aspects of the service department.
• Advises Service Manager of all customer complaints.
• Maintains professional image and adheres to company policies.
