The role requires organizational prowess, CRM experience, and a detail-oriented approach. Expect a collaborative, process-driven environment with opportunities for professional growth and training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or 1–3 years of work experience.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferable Pulse or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes for labor, spare parts, training, and service contracts.
• Ensure customer data accuracy and process quotations in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and track orders, shipments, and service activities; liaise with field service engineers and customers.
• Work with finance to consolidate and submit service billings weekly and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with scheduling training and service events at the Kennesaw office.
