Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review daily job reports for billing readiness.
• Coordinate with technicians to finalize job info and quotes.
• Handle incoming calls and create customer jobs.
• Manage dispatch board and schedule maintenance and service calls.
• Prepare weekly reports for leadership.
