Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage the entire order flow from quote to manufacturing release, serving as the primary inside contact for buying customers across product lines.

You will handle account setup, pricing, quotes, credit information, order processing, aging resolution, and data management in our CRM, while collaborating with Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations to ensure superior service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in construction/manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate at all levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain specific account relationships; serve as primary inside contact from quote through production.
• Collaborate with operations and field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate requests for quotes and scope of work deliverables for all products in your territory.
• Process orders, provide product submittals and drawings; manage down payment confirmations; assist with problem resolution and receivables.
• Maintain project records and data in the CRM system.
• Develop deep understanding of manufacturing processes and plant capabilities for products in your market.
• Resolve inquiries related to invoicing, pricing, or shipments; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Field Marketing, Manufacturing, Credit, and Operations for smooth operations.
