Bucherer USA is seeking a Service Operations Associate for the Rolex Boutique workshop to manage the end-to-end repair process and serve as the primary communication link among the manufacturer, the service facility, in-store watchmakers, and clients.

The role emphasizes workflow support, parts and tools management, and on-time delivery while upholding safety policies and service standards in a boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in timepiece industry with technical service knowledge base.
• Polished and passionate communicator with strong interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills.
• Demonstrated success building team relationships within a store/company environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and data entry tasks.
• Experience developing operational strategies to improve workflow and turnaround.
• Ability to coordinate between store, service facility, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle service intake, data entry and follow-up on client repairs.
• Assist watchmakers with technical workflow to improve turnaround time.
• Monitor productivity to meet volume goals and adhere to due dates.
• Maintain spare parts, tools and supplies and order parts as needed.
• Act as liaison between store and Long Island City Service facility.
• Process inbound/outbound service-related shipments.
